// Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and guests, directing them to the appropriate person.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, rout them to the correct staff and take detailed messages.
- Manage the HR calendar.
- Handle general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and photo copying.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and monitor office supplies.
- Assist with HR tasks.
- Train in production and shipping.

- HS Diploma or GED
- Microsoft Excel experience is required
- Ability to change gears quickly as needs change
- Ability to work well alone and with a team
