What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Sierra Sanitation Services?
- Seeking an organized and experienced individual who can multi task
- Proficient in Outlook email, typing, MS Word and Excel
- Assist with on-boarding paperwork, filing documents and training as needed
- Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures
- Coordinate with team to ensure monthly billing is in order and sent on- time
- Communicate with business associates
- Must be flexible and have reliable transportation

- Job Duties:
- Greeting Visitors
- Answering inbound calls/outbound calls
- Answering Emails
- Handling Office Correspondence
- Maintaining Reception Area
- Assist with basic office duties
- Update calendars and appts.
- Filling & copying
- Assist other office staff when needed/requested
- Requirements:
- Some experience required
- Positive Attitude/Positive Attitude when answering phones and speaking to customers (Can sound cheerful every single time phone is answered)
- Can leave personal life (problems) outside of work and not allow it to affect paying working hours
- Multi-tasking and time management
- Solid verbal and written skills
- Can write emails with proper punctuation and professional wording
- Professional appearance
- Office/Microsoft Work, Excel, Power Point
- Ability to be resourceful, be willing to learn and enhance knowledge. Not afraid to explore outside of basic duties
- Open minded and moldable, can take constructive criticism without letting it affect business/paying working hours.
