// Minimum Requirements
- 3 years’ experience leading Teams in manufacturing and/or service environments
- MS Office suite experience with proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel
- Ability to create and manage a budget and financial plans
- Ability to coach and mentor Team Members for advancing levels of accountability
- Ability to employ creative and practical solutions to increase Team productivity and maximize efficiency
// Responsibilities based on Accountabilities
- Ensure everyone in the department is working productively and efficiently.
- Review all installation projects and brief the team as needed to ensure the success of all.
- Review performance and compensation for the Install Team.
- Provide clear expectations and goals.
- Continuously build, maintain, and implement the training program and utilize it to train the team
- Create and uphold departmental policies and procedures.
- Inspect installs and uphold azpro Quality Control standards.
- Hold regular L10’s and team meetings.
- Manage the Install Budget.
- Forecast long and short-term workload of the team and make necessary staffing/shift adjustments.
- Oversee the execution of the Cleaning Standards Checklist for all Install Team assigned areas.
- Ensure proper documentation, training and personnel are in place to ensure coverage is available for all positions for any preplanned and unplanned absences, including short term, long term, and termination.
