- Maintain accurate records through data entry tasks using Microsoft Office tools and other customer management systems.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism during all customer interactions to uphold the company’s reputation.
- Support client services by analyzing customer feedback and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications
