Job Summary

The Training Coordinator Intern with work cross-functionally to identify, collect, organize, and create an online training catalog.

Essential Functions:

• Meet with various department representatives or subject-matter experts to identify existing training content
• Organize training content by topic, audience, and format
• Write training overview for each course/topic
• Create an online training catalog using collaboration tools
• Develop administrative procedures for maintaining training catalog and track training activities
• Other related projects as needed
  
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• BA/BS Degree, completed or in progress, in the fields of education, teaching, human resources, psychology, or related field
• Proficient with Google Suite, learning & development tools, collaboration tools or similar type tools, such as Confluence or Asana
• Detail-oriented
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Resourceful problem-solver
• Interest in corporate training, human resources, or adult education
• Passion for helping others develop their skills
• Ability to follow instructions, then follow-through with periodic supervision
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• MA/MS Degree completed or in progress, in the fields of education, teaching, human resources, psychology, or related field
• Prior experience building learning & development content
• Prior experience organizing data, content, materials, or similar type project
  
  
  

Pay Range: $34.00 to $40.00 / Hour
