The Robotics Data Collection Training Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs for data collection teams. This position ensures that teams have the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively collect and manage data used to train and enhance robotics systems. You'll collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field teams to align training initiatives with project goals.
Shifts available:
08:00AM - 04:30PM; Sunday-Thursday
04:00PM - 12:30AM; Tuesday-Saturday
12:00AM - 08:30AM; Monday-Friday
What You'll Do
- Design and implement training materials, guides, and workshops for data collection processes
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new team members and provide ongoing training for existing staff
- Develop and deliver training on the use of robotics hardware, software tools, and safety protocols
- Identify inefficiencies in data collection processes and propose actionable improvements
- Provide feedback and additional resources as needed to ensure continuous improvement
- Create comprehensive training documentation, including manuals and process guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and certifications
What You'll Bring
- Experience in training coordination, data collection, or a related field
- Strong understanding of robotics systems, sensors, and data collection methodologies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience in project management or team leadership is a plus

Expected Compensation
$28.75 - $42.73/hour cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
