What You Will Do…
- Cultivate positive relationships with leaders and cross functional partners across the organization to build teams.
- Consult with stakeholders to implement strategic plans of acquiring the best and brightest talent to deliver Axxess' goals.
- Facilitate inclusive and objective hiring process to ensure candidates are assessed against organizational competencies to thrive
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with each interaction throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all talent tools and technologies are being utilized to their fullest potential.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques to engage with the best and brightest talent
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2 years of talent acquisition experience
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deliver on talent marketing through consistent social media engagement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience guiding the talent process and communicating with senior level leaders
- High level of employee engagement to create trusting relationships
- Self-motivated with a learner mentality to deliver excellence
