What You Will Do…
- Develop and oversee workplace operations strategies, policies, and procedures
- Lead day-to-day office operations ensuring a consistent, high-quality employee experience
- Forecast operational needs, budget for supplies and services, and manage vendor contracts
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Partner cross-functionally (with Sales, Marketing, IT, People, Talent Acquisition, Accounting, etc.) to execute seamless events and processes
- Ensure the accuracy and security of administrative records, access systems, and logs
- Build strong partnerships with building management, security, vendors, and leadership teams to align operational priorities and processes
- Help ensure operational compliance with safety standards, emergency procedures, and building protocols
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required, Master's degree is a plus
- 5 years of operational experience required
- Home health, home care, or hospice experience preferred
- Software industry experience preferred
- In-depth knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, employee management, etc.
- Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
- Demonstrate the ability to solve problems and anticipate customer needs
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrable proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Desire and ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
- Demonstrate the ability to organize, set and implement priorities and manage multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal and professional skills
- Ability to work in our Dallas office as this is not a remote role
