Special Educators at AXIS empower school-aged children by using evidence-based strategies to support specialized instruction, individual education plans, and academic success. In a virtual setting, a gifted services representative provides input and collaborate on the development and/or revision of their IEPs to ensure services, goals, and accommodations are appropriately aligned. They collaborate with families and educators, and help students thrive through consistent, data-driven support. Their work ensures that every child can build independence and resilience, no matter where they are.
Gifted & Talented Educator Requirements & Responsibilities – Tennessee
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Tennessee 466 Gifted Education PK-12 credential
- 2 years of experience in a school setting
- Gifted services representative to provide input and collaborate on the development and/or revision of their IEPs to ensure services, goals, and accommodations are appropriately aligned.
