Expected pay for this position is $18.85 - $21.21/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: The Environmental Services Educator is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and maintenance of all training programs for EVS Mission Partners. Utilizes regulatory & industry-based training resources. Trains talent and verifies on-going competency to ensure program quality, sustainability, long-term growth and development. Serves as a member of the EVS Management team. Develops EVS policies and procedures and leads and/or contributes to department quality initiatives and programs.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: 2 years of environmental service experience or 3 years’ experience in a lead role in a healthcare setting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associate’s Degree Experience: Microsoft Office- basic competency Prior supervisor experience preferred Licensure/Certifications : T-CHEST (Trainer – Certified Healthcare Environmental Service Technician) within 12 months of hire.
