Physical Therapist (PT) Requirements & Responsibilities
- Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- State License in Physical Therapy - CO Board License
- CO Department of Education Special Services License for Physical Therapy
- State clearances
- 2 years of experience in a school setting
