Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Houma, LA. The Job Title will support daily operations by coordinating rental equipment needs, ensuring that tools and machinery are prepared, inspected, and delivered to meet project schedules and safety standards. Typical responsibilities may include communicating with clients to understand project requirements, preparing quotes and rental agreements, and working closely with operations and logistics teams to organize equipment dispatch and returns. The role will help monitor equipment performance, document any issues or delays, and participate in the concern resolution process to keep projects on track. The Job Title will also contribute to maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance with safety and quality procedures, and collaborating with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in equipment rental, oil and gas, construction, or related industrial sectors, with an understanding of project timelines and field operations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to clearly discuss technical details, schedules, and requirements with clients and internal teams.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Familiarity with safety practices, quality procedures, and basic regulatory expectations in industrial or energy environments.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced setting and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations, logistics, and safety.
- Proficiency with standard office software and basic data entry; experience with rental or ERP systems is an asset.
