Position Overview
The Dispatcher is responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating communication between customers and technicians.
This is a fast-paced, communication-heavy role that keeps the entire daily operation running efficiently.

What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate plumbing service appointments
- Communicate updates with customers and technicians
- Adjust the schedule throughout the day as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized job information
- Create and send customer invoices in a timely manner using QuickBooks based on completed jobs

- A “do everything” office position

Pay: $24.74 - $29.79 per hour
