Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Wire Harness Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and supporting electrical wiring harnesses used in high-performance off-road vehicles. This position works closely with engineering and production staff to ensure assemblies meet design intent, quality standards, and customer expectations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Build complete wiring harness assemblies according to drawings and specifications
- Read and interpret schematics, prints, and engineering documentation
- Work alongside engineers to resolve build issues and improve designs
- Perform inspections and checks to verify workmanship and component accuracy
- Support general shop operations as needed
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and well organized
Qualifications & Skills
- Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and components
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment
- Capable of lifting boxes weighing up to 80 lbs
- Strong attention to detail with solid troubleshooting abilities
- Comfortable working around high-value vehicles and equipment
- Effective communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams
- Physically able to bend, reach, stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a dog-friendly shop environment (we have a friendly chocolate lab on site)
