Position Overview:
We’re looking for a passionate Motorsport Wiring Harness Assembler who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. In this role, you’ll build precision wiring systems for off-road and motorsport vehicles, working directly with engineers and technicians to create cutting-edge electrical solutions. If you enjoy hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and being part of a team that builds products used in demanding real-world conditions, this is the place for you.
Job Responsibility:
- Build complete wiring harness assemblies to engineering specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and build documentation
- Collaborate with engineering to refine designs and solve technical challenges
- Perform detailed quality inspections to ensure top-tier workmanship
- Help maintain a clean, organized, professional shop environment
- Support team projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring principles
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-driven shop
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working around high-value performance vehicles
- Ability to lift 40–80 lb and perform physical tasks (bending, reaching, standing, etc.)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
