We support both commercial and defense-related customers, with a strong concentration in automotive and off-road vehicle applications. Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Harness Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and supporting electrical wiring harnesses used in high-performance off-road vehicles. This position works closely with engineering and production staff to ensure assemblies meet design intent, quality standards, and customer expectations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Build complete wiring harness assemblies according to drawings and specifications
• Read and interpret schematics, prints, and engineering documentation
• Work alongside engineers to resolve build issues and improve designs
• Perform inspections and checks to verify workmanship and component accuracy
• Support general shop operations as needed
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and well organized

Qualifications & Skills

• Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and components
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment
• Capable of lifting boxes weighing up to 80 lbs
• Strong attention to detail with solid troubleshooting abilities
• Comfortable working around high-value vehicles and equipment
• Effective communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams
• Physically able to bend, reach, stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a dog-friendly shop environment (we have a friendly chocolate lab on site)

Work Schedule & Location

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (30-minute lunch)
• On-site position in Waterford, WI 53185

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
