Summary
The Recruiting Associate’s primary purpose is to effectively communicate with potential subjects about upcoming research projects and accurately enter the potential participant’s data to determine eligibility for research studies. Recruiters will communicate with potential subjects via the phone or in person. They may also be cross trained in reception to fill in as needed.
Essential Functions
• Communicate study conduct information to potential participants.
• Develop an effective and lasting relationship with participants to contribute towards participant retention through phone and email correspondence.
• Effectively find the best study that fits both the subject’s and the company’s needs.
• Enter participant information into electronic data capture system.
• Schedule participants for study screenings.
• Contact subjects regarding study changes and appointment reminders.
• Answer questions that potential participants have about upcoming studies.
• Communicate with clinical staff to update database or resolve issues.
• Talk with alternate subjects about other study options.
• Follow up with potential participants who have requested contact.
• Work from list to call former study participants or other potential subjects for upcoming studies.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
