Axios Professional Recruitment is partnered with a leading marketing organization to find a Director of Sales.
This individual will be responsible for driving new revenue, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a team of sales professionals. The role works closely with the leadership and senior stakeholders to pitch, negotiate, and close high-impact partnership agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and exceed sales goals
- Identify and secure new corporate partners (local, regional, national)
- Lead, coach, and develop a sales team
- Build and execute strategic sales plans and strategies
- Create customized partnership proposals aligned to client objectives
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation
Qualifications:
- 5 years of sales experience
- Proven track record of consistently hitting sales targets
- Leadership or mentorship experience preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM tools (KORE or similar)
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and game days required
- Travel required for client meetings
