We're recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to lead a field service team supporting commercial and industrial boiler and combustion systems across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on service leader with strong technical knowledge and experience managing technicians, customer relationships and day-to-day service operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Service Department
- Schedule and dispatch field service technicians
- Build strong relationships with commercial and industrial customers
- Support business growth by identifying new service opportunities
- Assist with recruiting, training and developing service technicians
- Coordinate closely with the Parts and Sales teams
- Ensure efficient communication between field and office staff
- Ensure all work complies with industry codes and safety standards
What We're Looking For
- 5 years' experience managing commercial or industrial service operations
- Strong knowledge of boilers, burners, combustion systems and mechanical rooms
- Experience leading and coordinating field service technicians
- Engineering or technical background within boiler, combustion or mechanical systems preferred
- Strong organisational and customer relationship management skills
