Maintenance Technician

- 2nd Shift | 2:00pm - 10:30pm

We're recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a food manufacturing facility in Pedricktown, NJ. This is a great opportunity to join a stable manufacturer offering excellent benefits, overtime opportunities and 100% company-paid Medical, Dental and Vision insurance.
What You'll Do:
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production and packaging equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose equipment faults, replace components and restore production
- Support equipment changeovers, line setups and machine adjustments
- Perform emergency repairs to minimise downtime
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, manuals and work orders
- Complete maintenance records and document repairs
- Carry out basic facility maintenance as required
- Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety and company safety standards
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years' industrial maintenance experience
- Experience within food manufacturing or high-speed production preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read electrical prints and troubleshoot multiple voltage systems
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Knowledge of GMP and food safety standards
