We are currently seeking an experienced EUC Support Engineer for a short-term onsite engagement in South Boston, VA. The ideal candidate will have strong desktop support experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide hands-on End User Computing (EUC) support in a Windows-based enterprise environment.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of End User Computing (EUC) Support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and desktop support skills
- Experience supporting Windows-based environments
- Knowledge of Network Hardware & Facilities (Network H&F)
- Experience with hardware installations, configurations, and end-user support
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite End User Computing (EUC) support
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues
- Support network-related incidents and perform basic infrastructure troubleshooting
- Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and replacements
- Coordinate with internal IT teams for issue resolution
- Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions
- Ensure adherence to IT support and service management processes
