Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees. As the face of our organization, the Receptionist will provide excellent customer service, manage front desk operations, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, ensuring messages are accurately relayed.
- Manage office supplies and ensure that the office is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with setting up meetings, conferences, and events.
- Support Office Manager as needed with projects
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; additional certifications or relevant experience in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar office software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
