What You’ll Do In This Role
The part-time Marketing Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and developing marketing strategies to promote the sale of products and/or services across all distribution channels. The specialist should also be able to create and implement marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and shape a positive image of the company in the global marketplace.
You're Probably A Match If:
- You can make, revise and send out marketing material.
- You can write and design a template for a marketing piece.
- You can write a marketing piece for a product or service.
- You like to write with little to no A.I. assistance (we prefer authenticity!)
- You can manage social media accounts.
- You can create and manage an infographic.
- You can create customized infographics for each of our clients.
- Comfortable speaking with other businesses and establishments about our community involvement.
- You are willing to travel locally to take pictures and report on our community involvement.

- Actively managing outreach, brand awareness and social media campaigns
- Actively testing marketing campaigns using metrics. Is it successful?
- Consistently reporting on findings from campaigns so team members understand our marketing goals and are empowered to collaborate
- Communicating marketing observations & insights to team members
- Driving the team toward a deeper marketing strategy
