A Snapshot of Your Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive painting duties, including surface preparation (sanding, scraping, and priming) and professional application of paint, stains, and finishes.
- Utilize various tools and techniques, including brushes, rollers, and airless spray equipment, to achieve seamless results on diverse surfaces.
- Ensure all work areas are properly protected with drop cloths and masking, maintaining a clean and safe job site at all times.
- Conduct routine inspections of property exteriors and interiors to identify areas needing touch-ups or full restoration.
- Collaborate with our maintenance staff to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet our high standards of excellence.
What You Bring to the Team:
- At least two to three (2-3) years of professional painting experience, preferably in a residential, commercial, or facilities environment.
- Strong knowledge of paint types, color matching, and equipment maintenance.
- Proficiency in English and basic computer skills (email, internet).
- A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record are required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
