We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Billing Director to join our property Maintenance company. The Billing Director will oversee all billing and coordinate with customers. This position requires strong computer skills and the ability to type 40 words per minute or faster. The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of home repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice review, credit card transaction review and verification, appointment verification. Help with scheduling, estimate creation and reporting. Work with techs to improve paperwork/invoices.
Entering Work Order Details: Accurately entering work order details into the system to ensure that all maintenance requests are properly documented and tracked.
Closing Out Work Orders: Ensuring that work orders are closed out efficiently and accurately once maintenance tasks are completed to the satisfaction of tenants and property owners.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a maintenance supervisory or management role is a plus
- Strong computer skills
- General knowledge of home repairs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
