About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team for Audit Support. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of claims, credit card transactions, and other financial processes.
Essential Job Functions:
- Reconcile daily transactions from credit card providers (AMEX/WEX).
- Audit credit card transactions in the administrative system against credit card statements to verify merchant names and ensure accuracy.
- Audit claims and credit card statements for potential fraudulent activity.
- Pull and review open claims aging reports monthly, focusing on claims over 90 days.
- Contact service providers to collect missing receipts for Road Service claims.
- Assist in reinsurance projects and other audit-related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in Accounting (auditing experience is a plus).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Office 365.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Salary : $44,000 - $50,000
