What you need to bring to the table:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required, Master's preferred.
- 4 years of experience in structural engineering projects.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools (e.g., ETABS, RAM) is a plus.
- Ability to draw, sketch, and detail in ways that convey design intent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
