You will contribute to daily operational functions that directly impact user access and overall procurement efficiency.How You Will Make an ImpactReview, approve, or deny purchasing system access requests using MyAccess.Add new users, update existing profiles, and validate information across procurement platforms.Monitor delegate assignments and take corrective action to ensure proper system controls.Analyze and manage system-generated data reports to maintain data integrity.Track and resolve user integration errors and escalate when necessary.Support Level 2 access-related tickets submitted through ServiceNow.Respond to incoming email requests regarding user provisioning or access packages.Do You Have a Track Record of Success in Procurement Operations?Required Skills & Experience5–7 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.Hands-on background working with procurement systems such as Coupa, SAP, or Oracle.Experience managing access requests or handling ticket queues within ServiceNow or similar platforms.Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail in a high-volume environment.Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot system access issues, and communicate findings effectively.Familiarity with procurement controls, vendor compliance, and operational workflows.Bachelor’s degree preferred.Coupa certification is beneficial but not required.
