How You Will Make An Impact
- Monitor and support production applications and infrastructure
- Respond to service-impacting incidents and lead resolution efforts
- Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes
- Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions
- Automate application and infrastructure management processes
- Support and enhance incident, change, and problem management workflows
- Collaborate with engineering teams on reliability and performance improvements
- Participate in on-call rotations and major incident response
- Maintain documentation, technical diagrams, and post-incident reviews
- Ensure SLA adherence and continuous service improvement
Are You an Experienced Site Reliability Engineer Ready to Make an Impact?
- 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or production support roles
- Strong experience supporting live, enterprise-scale production environments
- Hands-on experience with Splunk enterprise deployments, indexing, parsing, and alerting
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Proficiency with container technologies including Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience implementing application and database monitoring
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident, change, and problem management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
