- Create technical-commercial messaging and sales enablement tools
- Support customer engagements, field sales efforts, and strategic pursuits
- Represent systems in customer meetings and industry events

Are You an Experienced Product Management Leader Ready to Make an Impact?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; advanced business education is a plus
- 8 years of experience across product management, engineering, sales, or marketing
- Strong application or systems engineering foundation
- Proven success commercializing technical products
- Experience with HVAC, thermal management, or industrial systems
- Ability to bridge technical detail with business strategy
- Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel up to 15–20% as business needs require
