🔹 Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer specializing in Tungsten Automation (Kofax TotalAgility) to drive the design and delivery of advanced document processing and workflow automation solutions. This role requires a strong technical foundation in intelligent capture, BPM, and .NET technologies, along with the ability to lead and mentor development teams.
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Architect and build end-to-end automation solutions using Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA), including workflow orchestration, document capture, and form design
- Lead implementation of OCR and intelligent capture solutions leveraging Azure OCR and OmniPage, including document classification, data extraction, validation, and separation
- Develop and customize applications using C#, VB.NET, and JavaScript
- Design and implement system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and SQL databases
- Oversee application deployment, environment setup, and configurations including IIS and authentication mechanisms
- Act as a technical leader by conducting code reviews, ensuring best practices, and guiding team members
🔹 Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA) across process design, capture, and forms
- Strong development experience in .NET technologies (C#, VB.NET)
- Proficiency in JavaScript for front-end logic and scripting
- Experience with OCR technologies such as Azure OCR and OmniPage
- Solid understanding of API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) and SQL
- Familiarity with IIS configuration and authentication frameworks
