What are the responsibilities and job description for the SAP Performance Test Lead position at Axiom Global Technologies?
We are looking for an experienced Performance Testing Lead to drive end-to-end performance strategy for SAP programs aligned with SIT2 and UAT timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own performance testing strategy and execution
- Design load, stress, and volume test scenarios across key processes (O2C, PTP, Manufacturing, EWM)
- Lead NeoLoad scripting, execution, and result analysis
- Integrate testing cycles with SAP Cloud ALM for tracking and reporting
- Identify performance bottlenecks across RICEFW, integrations, and databases
- Collaborate with Basis and infrastructure teams for monitoring and tuning
- Deliver executive-level reports and Go/No-Go recommendations
- Manage offshore testing teams
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with NeoLoad (mandatory)
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA performance testing
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM
- Exposure to Tricentis (Tosca/integration)
- Solid understanding of load, stress, and volume testing
- Experience working in onsite-offshore model
Preferred:
- Manufacturing domain experience
