We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of insurance technology initiatives, with a focus on Duck Creek implementations. This role requires strong ownership of project execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive full project lifecycle from planning to successful delivery
- Track progress, manage timelines, budgets, and ensure quality outcomes
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution
- Define project scope and develop detailed plans/roadmaps
- Manage risks, issues, and change requests effectively
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders
- Forecast resource needs and monitor utilization and performance
- Support team development and performance management
- Lead cloud migration assessments (on-prem vs colocation/DCOD environments)
Required Skills:
- Strong Project Management experience (PMP/CSM preferred)
- Experience in Duck Creek implementations
- Insurance domain knowledge (Commercial Lines is a plus)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
