Job Summary:
We are looking for a QA Analyst with strong experience in Duck Creek Commercial Lines Insurance to join our team. The role involves manual testing, defect management, and collaboration within an Agile environment to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Design and execute test cases for functional, integration, system, and regression testing
- Perform end-to-end testing across multiple systems
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like Azure DevOps
- Validate data using SQL queries (basic to intermediate)
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Execute regression testing and verify defect fixes during release cycles
- Provide concise test status and quality reports
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Duck Creek Commercial Lines Insurance domain
- Strong manual testing experience (functional, integration, regression)
- Experience with defect tracking tools (Azure DevOps or similar)
- Good understanding of SQL for data validation
- Exposure to API testing (Postman or similar tools)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have:
- Basic knowledge of automation (Playwright or similar tools)
