What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical assistance for desktops, laptops, and related hardware
  • Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise applications
  • Troubleshoot OS, device, and connectivity issues
  • Work closely with internal teams to close service requests and incidents
  • Assist in handling system updates and change activities
  • Support both Windows and Apple (iOS) devices in a corporate setup

Core Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems
  • Basic exposure to Active Directory and policy-based access controls
  • Solid understanding of IT environments (networks, servers, applications, cloud basics)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
