Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Change Management Governance Analyst to support and strengthen organizational change governance processes. The ideal candidate will help ensure that change initiatives are planned, documented, reviewed, and implemented in accordance with established governance frameworks, policies, and compliance requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder coordination, and experience in managing change within enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the governance and oversight of organizational and technology change management processes.
- Coordinate change requests, approvals, and documentation throughout the change lifecycle.
- Ensure change activities comply with organizational policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor change schedules and identify potential risks, conflicts, or process gaps.
- Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings by organizing agendas, documenting decisions, and tracking action items.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, Security, Compliance, and Business stakeholders.
- Analyze change management data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of change activities and governance documentation.
- Support audit readiness by ensuring complete and compliant change records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Change Management, IT Governance, Project Governance, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, governance frameworks, and operational controls.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and change lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) practices.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Jira Service Management.
- Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, or other governance frameworks.
- ITIL Foundation or relevant governance/change management certification is a plus.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale transformation or digital initiatives.
