We are seeking a detail oriented Contracts Administrator to support the management and administration of contracts across multiple departments, including IT, HR, and Engineering. This role will be responsible for coordinating contract documentation, supporting procurement activities, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in managing the full contract lifecycle, while partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure efficient contract execution and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage contracts across IT, HR, and Engineering, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
- Support the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, review coordination, execution, amendments, and renewals.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure contracts reflect business needs.
- Coordinate with legal, procurement, and vendors to facilitate contract execution and resolve issues when they arise.
- Maintain contract records and tracking systems, ensuring visibility into key dates, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor contract performance and support compliance with agreed terms and internal policies.
- Assist in vendor onboarding and documentation, ensuring alignment with internal standards and processes.
- Support procurement related processes, including purchase orders, vendor communication, and administrative workflows.
- Provide reporting and administrative support related to contract status, renewals, and obligations.
- Identify opportunities to improve contract management processes and drive operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or related roles.
- Experience supporting contracts across multiple functions such as IT, HR, Engineering, or similar business units is preferred.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and procurement processes.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Experience working with contract management systems, ERP tools, or procurement platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Ariba, or Coupa.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities in a fast paced environment.
Salary : $30 - $40
