Responsibilities
- Supervise personnel and operational needs to ensure production of efficacious, safe, and high-quality products in a Lean manner.
- Promote and achieve an environment of high colleague engagement and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Corporate, APHIS, and cGMP quality aseptic standards and departmental SOPs.
- Provide leadership and accountability to meet production schedules and financial commitments.
- Ensure proper training for colleagues and safe, environmentally acceptable facility operations.
- Investigate process excursions/deviations and production issues using Right First Time (RFT) tools.
- Initiate and implement ideas to improve production process reliability.
- Assist in planning of production and personnel and with technical projects.
- Handle planning transactions in support of filling, packaging, and miscellaneous site functions.
- BS in biological sciences or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years supervisory and 3 years bio/pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
- Fundamental understanding and experience with cleanroom environments, aseptic manufacturing principles, and general packaging operations.
- Ability to supervise, train, and influence employees to meet objectives and production schedules.
- Effective leadership and interaction as part of an interdisciplinary team.

- Understanding of SOPs, cGMPs, OSHA regulations.
- Exposure to chemicals, fumes, odors, noise, live steam, temperature fluctuations, and biohazards.
- Continuous standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Normal hours are first shift; some off-shift and weekend work may be required.
Salary : $40 - $45
