What are the responsibilities and job description for the Smart Hands position at AXA Professionals?
AXA providing FTE to work in DC (Robert to confirm if person available for ladder coverage)
Backup (2-3) resources to cover when FTE is out
Emergency response: after hour coverage for P1 (1-3 month) – on-call rate T&M for afterhours, minimum 2-hour charge at 1.5x for weekdays, 2x for weekends/Holidays
