Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with AV systems, including hardware and software.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
- Identify and replace faulty components or equipment.
- System Integration:
- Integrate AV systems with network infrastructure, control systems (e.g., Crestron, AMX), and other technologies.
- Program and configure control systems and automation platforms to meet client specifications.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including schematics, configurations, and user guides.
- Maintain service records and logs for all completed projects.
- Training and Development:
- Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to other field services team members.
- Share knowledge about best practices, new technologies, and troubleshooting techniques
