Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Desktop Support Consultant with strong networking and endpoint management expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern workplace technologies including Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and automation tools. This role requires a proactive, solution-driven individual who is curious, detail-oriented, and aggressive in troubleshooting and resolving enterprise-level IT issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in Desktop Support / End User Computing (EUC).
- Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and modern device management.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell preferred).
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and enterprise applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication and user support skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID and identity management.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools (ServiceNow preferred).
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Azure certifications.
