Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Deskside Technician to join our IT support team. In this role, you will be the frontline technical expert responsible for delivering exceptional desktop and hardware support to our users. You will troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of IT infrastructure. Your energetic approach and problem-solving skills will help maintain a seamless technology environment across our organization, empowering employees to work efficiently and confidently.
Job Desc:
- Experience with Windows 10
- Expertise with Windows 11
- Demonstrated experience with non-standard Software Installation
- Demonstrated experience loading computer images with SCCM and PowerShell scripts
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot network connectivity to ensure PC is online during build process
- Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fix
- Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions
- Troubleshoot network devices in order to ensure connectivity from the PC to the Network
- Strong technical and communication ability to explain to end-users about refresh processes, including ability to help configure and sync refreshed computer
- Flexibility to handle a variety of activities and changes
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm if activities do not go according to plan
- High organizational ability and detailed oriented
- Demonstrated ability to follow processes
- Demonstrated ability to document work, track tasks/installs, and perform QA activities
