Experience with Windows 10Expertise with Windows 11Demonstrated experience with non-standard Software InstallationDemonstrated experience loading computer images with SCCM and PowerShell scriptsDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot network connectivity to ensure PC is online during build processProvide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fixDiagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutionsTroubleshoot network devices in order to ensure connectivity from the PC to the NetworkStrong technical and communication ability to explain to end-users about refresh processes, including ability to help configure and sync refreshed computerFlexibility to handle a variety of activities and changesDemonstrated ability to remain calm if activities do not go according to planHigh organizational ability and detailed orientedDemonstrated ability to follow processesDemonstrated ability to document work, track tasks/installs, and perform QA activities
