Key Responsibilities
The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $135,000 annually, with a target midpoint of $110,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, certifications, and geographic location. Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for Navy ePS BI prototype development
- Assess and evaluate BI tools for Navy procurement reporting (Appian Process HQ, Advana)
- Develop strategic plans for Navy procurement BI advancement
- Analyze procurement data to support decision-making and compliance
- Collaborate with data engineers and program leadership on BI requirements
- Support high-visibility DoN data and analytics initiatives
- Create documentation and briefing materials on BI capabilities and roadmap

- Security clearance: Active Secret clearance required or ability to obtain
- Must comply with all ITAR/EAR export control regulations

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business analytics, data science, or related field
- 5 years of experience in procurement analytics or data intelligence
- Knowledge of DoD procurement processes and data systems
- Active Secret clearance
- U.S. citizenship required
- Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools
- Master's degree
- Experience with Appian Process HQ or Advana
- DAWIA certification
- Python or SQL programming skills
