The salary range for this position is $75,000 – $112,000 annually, with a target midpoint of $92,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, certifications, and geographic location. Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases for functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
- Log and track defects in JIRA with detailed reproduction steps and evidence
- Validate sprint user stories against acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with developers and SMEs on defect resolution and requirements clarification
- Maintain test evidence, test cases, and audit-ready documentation
- Support release testing and sign-off processes
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide QA perspective on sprint planning

- U.S. citizenship required
- Security clearance: Active Secret clearance required or ability to obtain
- Must comply with all ITAR/EAR export control regulations

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
- 2 years of software QA/testing experience
- Experience with JIRA and test management tools
- Active Secret clearance
- U.S. citizenship required
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile testing practices
- ISTQB Foundation certification
- Test automation experience (Playwright, Selenium)
- SQL query skills
- Experience with government procurement systems
