Key Responsibilities
The salary range for this position is $120,000 – $170,000 annually, with a target midpoint of $145,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, certifications, and geographic location. Key Responsibilities
- Support program execution and delivery by overseeing daily operations and workstream coordination
- Manage risk and issue identification, documentation, and mitigation tracking
- Serve as key liaison between government clients and internal delivery teams
- Drive advancement of program roadmap and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate subcontractor performance and deliverable tracking
- Prepare program status reports, metrics, and executive briefings
- Ensure compliance with contract deliverables, CDRL schedules, and quality standards

- Security clearance: Active Secret clearance required or ability to obtain
- Must comply with all ITAR/EAR export control regulations

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
- 8 years of program/project management experience in federal IT
- PMP certification
- Active Secret clearance
- U.S. citizenship required
- Experience with DoD contract management and CPARS
- Master's degree
- SAFe certification
- Experience with Navy/DoD procurement programs
- Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
