HireArt is helping our client hire a Car Fleet Health Manager to oversee the health, performance, and servicing of a cutting-edge fleet of autonomous vehicles.In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping every car in peak condition, coordinating maintenance and repair efforts, and serving as the central source of truth for the operational status of the entire fleet.We're looking for an experienced fleet manager with strong organizational skills, hands-on technical understanding, and the ability to manage large-scale service campaigns. Whether it's coordinating mechanical repairs, leading preventative maintenance, or tracking the health of dozens of vehicles, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth, safe, and reliable operations of the autonomous car program.As a Car Fleet Health Manager, you will:Supervise service campaigns for autonomous vehicles, including part updates, recalls, and system upgrades.Oversee mechanical repairs both onsite and at partner service centers.Maintain detailed records of fleet health and ensure every vehicle is up-to-date with inspections, software upgrades, and preventative maintenance.Act as the primary source of information regarding the operational status and readiness of each autonomous car.Coordinate with field teams, service technicians, and engineering staff to quickly address and resolve technical issues.Develop and implement fleet health tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.Support incident response by directing or assisting with towing, recovery, and urgent repairs.
