Your Role in Our Story

You are the guardian of our guest’s first impression. Your mission is to ensure every room is polished, inviting, and impeccably clean.

Key Responsibilities

• The Transformation: Clean, dust, scrub, and polish guest rooms to our "dazzle and delight" standards.
• The Details: Replace linens, replenish high-end amenities, and ensure every drape and accessory is perfectly placed.
• The Greeting: Be the face of Southern hospitality with a warm "Good Morning" or "Good Afternoon" to every guest you meet.
• The Essentials: Stock and organize your cart, manage your keys with care, and report any maintenance needs immediately.
• The Team: Support the housekeeping crew with special projects and keep our corridors looking sharp.
  
  

Are You the One?

We value heart over a lengthy resume, but here is what we’re looking for:

• Experience: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred.
• The Art of Communication: Ability to warmly assist guests in English and use thoughtful, common-sense problem-solving to ensure every stay is seamless.
• The Hustle: You must be comfortable on your feet—walking, kneeling, and reaching for most of your shift.
• Strength: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and maneuver a loaded housekeeping cart.
