Hiring Range: $88,336 to $114,838

CSP, GSP, CHSP or CUSP certification a plus. Other combinations of education and/or experience or additional experience with craft journeymen credentials may be considered in lieu of degree.

- Ability to write policy documents in a concise format for varying audiences.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills; ability to serve and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to train and coach on safety and health issues and serve as a trustworthy and dependable team member and safety advisor.
- Experience with Human and Organizational Performance philosophy, specifically when it comes to supporting incident assessments.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a team (both in office and virtually) with attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Hiring Range: $100,378 to $131,496
Hybrid work options are available for this role. The successful candidate will be required to work at our Spokane location at least 3 days per week including Mondays and Tuesdays with additional day(s) determined by the manager.
