What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Infant Teacher position at Avimor Academy?
Love teaching infants—but wish your school did more to support its teachers?
Avimor Academy was designed differently.
After nearly a decade leading early childhood programs, our owner built Avimor Academy around many of the frustrations teachers repeatedly told us made their jobs harder. Our teachers don't clean the entire school at night. They don't prepare meals. They have additional leadership available for classroom support, a large teacher-preparation room stocked with supplies, and a beautiful new facility intentionally designed for early learning.
We're growing quickly and are now looking for an experienced Lead Infant Teacher who loves babies, takes tremendous pride in providing exceptional care, and wants a school where they can build a long-term career.
